FARMING DID THIS AND FARMING MUST STOP IT…LIQUID MANURE APPLICATIONS MUST STOP ON ALL DRAIN TILED FIELDS AND ALL FIELDS WITH LESS THAN 50 FEET TO BEDROCK OR GROUNDWATER, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST..! INCREASE ALL SETBACKS…INSTALL WELL MONITORING SYSTEMS…JUST TO NAME A FEW. FARMING KNOWS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND THEY KNOW HOW TO FIX IT…BUT…IT WILL COST THEM SOME MONEY…WHAT IS IT COSTING THE CITIZENS OF KEWAUNEE COUNTY…?
