Heartland CAFO operation sentenced in federal pollution case

The owner and manager of a Heartland confined feeding operation have avoided jail time after admitting to illegally discharging pollution into a creek. Etcher Family Farms owner Scott Allen Etcher was sentenced to five years of probation. Etcher farm manager Benjamin Allen McFarland received two years. Additionally, the company also agreed to organizational probation and a $50,000 fine…JUST GETTING STARTED…LAWYERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE MAKING POLLUTERS…PAY..!  THANK YOU.
